Welcome to the website of AllStars Medical Billing (“AllStars”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website located at https://allstarsmb.com (“Site”), you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and any content, functionality, or services offered on or through it.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or via your use of the Site. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

If your use of the Site causes harm to us or others, you may be held liable. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your activities comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

 3. No Medical Advice

The Site and its content are for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Site is not intended as a substitute for professional healthcare or emergency services. In a medical emergency, dial 911 or contact your local emergency services.

 4. Voluntary Use

Your use of our services is entirely voluntary. Other billing and practice management services are available. You are free to choose the solution that best meets your needs.

5. Proprietary Rights

All content on this Site—including text, images, software, design, and trademarks—is the property of AllStars or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Use of the AllStars name, logo, or other brand elements without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy policies. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

7. User Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Site. However, you grant AllStars a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use de-identified, aggregate data for internal research, service improvement, and analytics, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable California and federal law.

You agree to submit only accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Submit unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content.

  2. Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights.

  3. Violate local, state, national, or international laws.

  4. Harm or exploit minors in any way.

  5. Disrupt the Site’s operations or security.

  6. Gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

10. Refund Policy

All payments made to AllStars Medical Billing are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law/agreement. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of AllStars for services not rendered or incorrectly billed. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@allstarsmb.com within 15 business days of the disputed charge pther refund will not accepted.

11. Late Payment & Invoice Fee Policy

Invoices are due according to the terms listed on the invoice (typically 10 days from the invoice date). If payment is not received by the due date:

  • A late fee of 10% of the overdue balance will be applied after a 10-day grace period.

  • Continued delinquency may result in service interruption or collection efforts.

  • Clients are responsible for all legal or collection costs incurred as a result of late payment.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllStars and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any damages of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllStars, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AllStars regarding your use of the Site. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other.
